Anna Barth is a Registered Psychotherapist who brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and self-worth challenges. Her approach centers on helping clients explore what is meaningful in their lives, understand how they may have become disconnected from it, and gently guide them back toward alignment, strength, and authenticity.
