Visiting Our Office: What to Know

  • Our office is located on the second floor of a charming historical building. Please note that, due to the age of the building, the space is not wheelchair accessible.

  • You’ll find us at the first door on the left at the top of the stairs. While you wait for your session, you’re welcome to use either of the two waiting areas on the main floor—one just inside the main entrance, and another on the left-hand side of the hallway.

Checking-In

  • You’ll find a QR code with our logo at the entrance and in the second waiting room. Simply scan it to let your therapist know you’ve arrived.
  • If you’re not comfortable using the QR code, you’re welcome to email your therapist directly or gently knock on the office door to check in.

Need More Appointment Options?

  • If all in-person appointments are fully booked for a given day, try selecting the therapist’s telecounselling option (video or phone sessions), where additional availability may be offered.

  • You can also add yourself to the waitlist or email the therapist directly to inquire about any last-minute openings.

Free Consultation Videocall

A free 20-Minute Consultation is a no-pressure, introductory virtual meeting where you can speak with a therapist to see if they’re the right fit for you. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and learn more about how therapy works. There is no commitment required. The goal is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and supported in making the best choice for your care.
